Refund and Returns Policy

At Apex Logic Solutions, we are committed to your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we offer limited refunds and returns.

Services:

  • No refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services (web development, graphic design, etc.), once work commences, we do not offer refunds. This includes partial refunds for completed portions of a project.
  • Revisions: We offer a revision process to ensure you are satisfied with the final product. The number of revisions included will be outlined in your project proposal.
  • Cancellation: If you choose to cancel a project before work begins, you will receive a full refund. However, if work has already begun, a cancellation fee may apply, based on the amount of work completed. The cancellation fee will be outlined in your project proposal.

Products:

  • Non-returnable: Due to the digital nature of our products (e.g., stock photos, templates), we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Exceptions:

We may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. This may include situations where:

  • There is a proven technical error on our end that significantly impacts the functionality or usability of the service or product.
  • The service or product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications outlined in the project proposal.

To Request an Exception:

If you believe you are eligible for an exception to this policy, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service or product by emailing apexlogicsolutions@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a detailed explanation of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation.

We will review your request and respond to you within 7 business days.
